That’s why we are proud to announce our sponsorship of the 2024 Home for Good® event hosted by Henrico CASA. This event is not just about raising awareness; it’s about taking action to ensure a brighter future for the children of Henrico County.

Our support of Henrico CASA’s Home for Good event is more than just a sponsorship; it’s a commitment to making a difference in the lives of these children. By being a part of this event, we are contributing to that transformation.

Being a part of this event is our way of helping to ensure that the most vulnerable of children have safe, healthy homes! We can’t change the past for a child who has experienced abuse or neglect. Fortunately, our support of Henrico CASA can change their future. When judges appoint Court Appointed Special Advocates, a child’s future begins to be rewritten. Our support of Henrico CASA’s Home for Good event is more than just a sponsorship; it’s a commitment to making a difference in the lives of these children. By being a part of this event, we are contributing to that transformation.

Last summer when we had an emergency issue with our very old outdoor unit Southern Goodman was the only company we could get out same day. They assessed the issue and had it resolved quickly. When it came time to replacing the whole furnace and air conditioner system we called them again. They were extremely professional, friendly and thorough. After selecting them for the job everything was completed quickly (within days) and competently. They are hands on, communicable and very easy to work with. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

We had a wonderful experience with this company. Our unit finally went out, and a gentleman by the name of Silas came out to deliver the bad news. He recommended a replacement and a gentleman by the name of Tommy came out that day and got us a quote. They had wonderful financing options and were able to install the system the next day. I give this company five stars from the customer service all the way to the installers.

Courteous and professional! There was a bit of a wait for my scheduled maintenance appointment. Just moved in to my new home and the HVAC wasn't work properly. They came and fixed the issue quickly, very officiant. Will be using them for our HVAC needs now and in future!

Our heat went out a 3am in the morning. I found Southern Goodman Heating online using a search I've always used for my patients. I called and spoke with the young lady who was kind-listened-understood and showed empathy fir our situation. Within 3 hours we had a tech who thoroughly checked our system and us back working Within 30 minutes. He even offered some additional advice on our plumbing issues. I really appreciate Southern Goodman they are efficient-empathic and reliable. Thank you for your prompt response and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend your service to anyone.

We were informed that we needed a new furnace and from the beginning to end of the process with this company the customer service has been great! The process was laid out and followed exactly as stated and it was performed in less time than quoted. Mitch and the entire installation team was knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
