Company is highly professional and responsive from initial encounter to actual service. Tech called as promised, showed up on time as promised, clearly explained issue, fixed problem and it was same day. Signed right up for annual service contract. Excellent company!

The office staff were very cordial (Bree and Caitlin) and we received exceptional service from Gene. He was extremely knowledgable, prompt, courteous and provided excellent customer service. I am very grateful for the responsive way that my concerns were taken care of. Carter came to see what was the cause of the problem and to do what he could to take care of it. He did a great job. He was honest, and he explained everything about the problem and he did get it fixed. Things are much better now. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Carter is a dependable person. I’ve dealt with Southern Goodman for almost 20 years and have always received great service. Carter just visited to troubleshoot an issue with my furnace. He was very professional and quickly determined the problem and solution.
