Hard a new heat pump installed, Andy & Jerry did an excellent job removing old unit and installing new one. Showed up on time and completed the work just as promised. Everyone from Mitch in sales to Sammy doing the scheduling were very professional. Will definitely be using them when my other unit gives up. Would definitely recommend them.

Had an amazing experience. Our air conditioner was not blowing cold air. They were able to get someone out to help! Kept me updated on when they would be here. Kevin was the technician that came out to our house. Super friendly, professional and was able to fix the problem same day. Highly recommend!

Called Southern Goodman over the weekend for a leaking water heater. They responded immediately Monday morning and had a team out early to provide a variety of options. We settled on the best solution and they were able to have the old ones out and a brand new one in the same day!! Daniel and Brandon were extremely knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. Daniel even went above and beyond and built a new support for the water heater since the manufactured one was 100 miles away and we needed hot water that night. A true craftsman and someone who cares about the customer- a rare find these days. Kudos to both men and the team at Southern Goodman. 5 GOLD stars
